Powerful Requests 2

I agreed to be the person being coached on this call. I asked for coaching regarding my tendency to be perfectionistic–to expect too much from myself and from others. The ladies coaching me mentioned that they could hear the stress and the heaviness over the phone as I talk about that problem.

Some powerful requests that they offered for this week were:

- Acknowledge myself. Stop several times this week to be happy with what I have accomplished.

- Support myself in finding ways to relax and have a wider range of modes of being.

- Describe what it means to me to be more gentle with myself

- Figure out what I am striving for. Do I want more influence? Or am I striving for more calm?
