Strengths inventory

A Strengths inventory can help you move to action. Most people can only think of a few strengths, but after brainstorming, you will likely look positively at the result. Some questions to develop a strengths inventory (list at least 10 in each category):

1) What am I naturally good at?

2) Who/what provides support for me? This can be a person, an organization, a belief, a practice, a process, or whatever.

3) What of my background/experience/education/accomplishments has prepared me to be successful today?

4) What are the personal qualities, attributes or talents that the client has that contribute to their ability to be successful?

5) What tools do I have to help me in my endeavors?
